According to current information, about 26 tanks (mostly T-72), about 30 Uragan launchers, dozens of trucks (presumably Ural type) as well as several armoured personnel carriers (APC) and self-propelled howitzers reached the area.
There are “rumours” about a possible military invasion. Not only is such plan farfetched, but it is also politically “illogical”. As stated by Triage’s Scientific Director, Professor Sergio Giangregorio, «Russia is not going to invade Ukraine; they moved their troops and weapons to raise the biddings a confidential negotiation with United States’ Vice-President». Therefore, it should be considered as the umpteenth Russia’s effort to show its military power, as it happened in December 2013 when Moscow deployed some short-range Iskinder missiles in Kaliningrad). Possibly, Russia will try to sneak some piece of weaponry in Ukraine in order to reinforce Donetsk and Lugansk People Republic’s firepower.
