Il 17 aprile scorso l’elicottero militare greco con a bordo il Premier greco Alexis Tspras e l’Ammiraglio Capo delle Forze Armate greche Evangelos Apostolakis in volo da Ro a Rodi è stato affiancato minacciosamente da due caccia da combattimento F16 turchi.
La circostanza ha costretto l’aeronautica Greca a far alzare in volo due veicoli per allontanare i Jet turchi e proteggere l’elicottero del Premier.
La violazione dello spazio aereo e del territorio greco avviene con preoccupante frequenza, Erdogan ha ormai preso di mira le isole greche dell’Egeo ricche di gas naturale e di petrolio.
I futuri sviluppi prevedono una possibile espansione territoriale turca.
