Today no one can feel safe even in their own country and so the goal of Daesh of exporting terror everywhere unfortunately was reached. We need a firm answer, but not only repressive and sclerotic: it requires a massive piece of intelligence that without too much publicity and fanfare, infiltrating every level the caliphate.
