General Abdel Fattah el-Sisi General Abdel Fattah el-Sisi

The Islamist supporters of ousted Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi have just made yet another manifestation of protest demanding his reinstatement.

Until now, the Brotherhood has refused to accept what he calls an illegal coup against bites and has publicly demanded the return of the elected president, who is currently being held in a secret location.

The new authorities have accused Islamic leaders of incitement to violence, froze the assets of the Brotherhood and they promised to put them on trial.

"The train of the future is party and everyone needs to understand the moment we are living, those who can not understand this time you will have to take responsibility for their actions." So spoke President Mansour Adly during a radio broadcast.

Supporters of bites instead have warned that the authorities are likely to cause a civil war if they go ahead with plans to "break" with the protests by force pro Bites after the failure of international mediation.

Maybe a little crack is opening, it is called General Abdel Fatah el-Sissi.

Sissi is considered as a pious Muslim deeply religious non-dogmatic and had to be the man of the Brotherhood in the military.

A larger and larger share of Egyptians seems to ardently support the General and his name seems to be higher than that of all the other leaders in the competition.

It might be the only leader willing to work with the Muslim Brotherhood despite the years of persecuting the organization. His supporters are hailing him as the new Nasser.

Sissi seems to really get everyone to agree and is viewed as the only one capable of returning the country to democracy.

In a country where the only leader, over the past 60 years, not having a bakground was deposed by a military coup, we should not be too surprised if the charismatic Sissi is able to sit one day, not too far, in the presidential palace
