The cat in the Islamic religion has always played a very important role being the favorite animal of the prophet Muhammad. The propaganda of the Caliphate then chose the cat to land in the net looking for new members who propose a motion more human and just creating a profile on twitter "Islamic State of the cat." This would seem an almost laughable attempt to flesh out the network to a massive campaign of rapprochement of new fighters and yet it works.
